Currently, online orders are only available for select countries(Europe, America, and various countries in these regions, Australia). For other countries, purchases can still be made, but please contact customer service.

In Europe and America, as well as in various countries in these regions, Australia does not need to pay any fees.

4. Ocean Shipping (15-30 days to Destination)– Best for bulk orders.

All air shipping methods include door-to-door delivery. The estimated delivery time may vary by up to one day depending on the product and address details.

All air shipping options (Express Air, Standard Air, and Discounted Air) include door-to-door delivery.

♦How long does it take to process and ship my order?

• Orders under 2units: 3 days.
• Orders between 3-10units: 3-5 days.
• Orders over 11-100units: 5-7 days.
• Orders over 100units: 7-15 days.
• Shipping time will depend on your chosen shipping method.

♦How can I correct my shipping address before the order ships?
